THE MIXER
Guests will be saying..."whoopie" at your Baking Showcase!
From $35 per person
The sweet way to mix it up, socially! Each guest or group (based on gathering size) will learn proper mixing techniques, finish off their baked goods with either a buttercream or frosting, and will receive valuable baking tips for the oven and beyond.
This showcase style includes:
- Pre-scaled ingredients (enough for a bakers dozen)
- Necessary baking equipment (hand-mixer, measuring spoons, whisks, etc)
- Pre-made Swiss buttercream, frosting or other filling (if applicable)
- Take-home bakery boxes (1 per guest)
- Recipe card (1 per guest)
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
THE FROSTING
From $45 per person
This showcase is the frosting on the entertainment cake…literally! Each guest or group (based on gathering size) will learn how to make Swiss buttercream and other types of frosting, practice basic piping and decorating skills, learn proper mixing techniques, and recieve valuable baking tips for the oven and beyond!
This showcase includes:
- Pre-scaled ingredients (enough to create the topping and bake a bakers dozen)
- Necessary baking equipment
- Decorating equipment (piping bags, decorating tips, parchment paper, etc)
- Take home bakery boxes (1 per guest)
- Recipe card (1 per guest)
Duration: Approximately 3 hours
TOP IT OFF
Mix and match the following services to add even more fun to your style of showcase:
- Got Skillz: guests will be taught piping and decorating skills using various mediums (i.e. chocolate, royal icing, etc)- $10/pp
- Perfect Pairing: add a toast to the evening with wine pairings to coincide with your baked goods (2 types of wine included)-$15/pp
- Decorating Pizzaz: guests choose from the perfect finishing touches of sprinkles, cake glitter, flowers, coloring gels, etc-$5/pp
- Double the Fun: choose 2 different flavors to bake within a recipe category (see Select The Treets)- $12/pp
- Party Treets: order additional catered Treet baked goods for guests to delight in during the Baking Showcase-see Cater Treets page
